Kitchen Designer Gemma - outstanding!

From conception to completion of my Howdens kitchen (Warmley) Gemma was amazing! Nothing was too much trouble! Gemma is very knowledgeable on all Howdens products. Helped with design and colour scheme of my kitchen and stayed within my budget. Gemma kept me fully up to date with delivery of kitchen and checked in with me when the kitchen was fitted to ensure that I was happy with my kitchen. I am so pleased with my new kitchen! Thank you so much Gemma!

Fitter brilliant

We recently purchased a mid range kitchen from Howdens and selected Jason, the Nutty Carpenter as our fitter. Jason managed the fitting in the absence of Taina (Howdens Kitchen Planner) who had since left the Company. Jason liaised with Howdens brilliantly, every step of the way, keeping us fully informed of next steps etc. His workmanship is excellent and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Such a brilliant experience from start…

Such a brilliant experience from start to finish. I used Howdens in Warmley Bristol. Taina looked after us she designed the perfect kitchen (I had two other designs previously from another large kitchen company) Taina’s design was more perfect than I had imagined. The software was great and I could really get a feel for what it would look like in real life. I had my builders J S Phelps Construction fit it they did the best job. Taina was quick to work with the builders to rectify any tweeks needed such as a larger end panel as our wall dropped back which would have left a gap. They teamed up perfectly. Taina really took control and was there instantly for anything I needed. I highly recommend Howdens.

Just great customer service

We brought a great kitchen from Howdens 2 years ago but recently our tap started leaking. When I went in to try and find a new valve the man at the counter found what I needed within in a minute, had it posted to our door and didn’t charge us a penny. Really impressed with the service here every time I visit.

Great service.

Great service right through to completion. I felt i was well looked after & the design from Joel at the Warmley store turned out to be spot on. As an older widow, its difficult to make decisions sometimes. I chose one of their recommended fitters & he was brilliant and the standard of finish is excellent.
