Faulty Flooring!! Terrible Customer Service

Ive been a carpenter for 23 years. We recently had a big kitchen extension at our home, bought a new howdens kitchen and Howdens own make LVT grey flooring, which now is the biggest mistake i made. The flooring doesn't click together properly, it has lifted and the flooring looks so bad its an embarrassment! Howdens denied all responsibility of it being faulty and blamed it on my workmanship! Which is a total cope out! This is the first Howdens flooring i have laid and usually lay Quickstep and never had no problems. Save your money and use Quickstep. Manager at Warmley not useful and ignored phone calls! I highly recommended Howdens but not anymore, avoid this company!

Warmly Depot

Great service from my chosen designer who listened to all customer needs . Rapid delivery time, branch manager always able to talk to when needed. Delivery on time, what else is there to want? It keeps my customers happy. Plus the product is is well up to a high standard and everything fits.

The fact they calculate for enough work tops didn’t deliver any plinth’s sent the wrong sink and didn’t even offer any compensation for the fact I had to leave my my with not a finished kitchen over Xmas because they didn’t deliver enough worktops which also cost me time and money

Howdens, Warmley

Everyone at Howdens, Warmley was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. My kitchen isn't the biggest and Joel was honest about what I could have and still make the best use of the space. I'm very pleased with the finished product and would have no hesitation in recommending Howdens.
