Did not receive paperwork after 4 times…

Did not receive paperwork after 4 times me ringing them When the goods arrived the driver did not have any paperwork and good was missing then they told me I will have to wait another week to get them . Kitchen nice and good price would I have any thing else NO all I got was excuses blaming other parties

For me 100% positive

For me, embarking on the process of designing and buying a new kitchen was scary. I didn't really know what I wanted or who I could trust to do a good job. I started off going in to the Howdens branch to get ideas. From the beginning of the process and all the way through I was met with friendly, courteous, approachable and can do staff. I did go to other kitchen companies but Howdens was very competitive price wise and could do the design I wanted. It was a pleasure working with the kitchen designer, who knew her job, she was very approachable and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The kitchen fitters were the best, polite, punctual and again nothing was too much trouble and they went the extra mile. I cannot thank all involved enough. I love my kitchen and so does everyone else who has popped in for a look.

We keep getting calls from the office…

We keep getting calls from the office managing our to offer their services, when ask for a quotation for a bulk order and the best they can do. When we do a comparison with others its more expensive and additional the price between different branches is also different. We are doing a complete development and have found the service not interesting to get supplies from.

Order delivered as arranged.The two items not available were delivered two days later and alterations we made were all available from stock or the following day so the whole experiance was as expected. The plan work well and all the staff gave great service.
