Outstanding Service from Hannah at West Slough

I have to say I am blown away by the service I have received from Hannah. We had an issue with our dish washer and Hannah arranged for an Engineer to visit which has since turned out to be a fault with the pluming and not a fault with the dishwasher its self but she has still very kindly sorted the problem and has looked after us. As I said I am blown away with her customer care a real credit to Howdens West Slough Also a big thankyou to Jack For his understanding and assistance.

Terrible service post receipt of money

Terrible service post receipt of money. Lost lot of time due to delay in delivery and not all materials coming together. We were informed that all materials will be delivered on same day but was otherwise. Incorrect material was delivered for glass shelf. No support during fitting part post payment is made. It is imperative to support to get things fitted correctly. Insensitive to customer after payment is made. Unprofessional
