Happy to take your money, less keen to call you back when there's an issue!!

Had to chase to get them to call back after requesting a visit. Had to chase to get the quote once they had visited. After ordering the kitchen, the plan was far from perfect & as a result I had to return several units that I am still waiting for a refund. I have left 3 messages & at no point has anyone called me back as promised. I have now contacted their Head Office to resolve this but in short, if you want a really awful service & kitchen planning then visit the Weybridge branch!

Ignored by Weybridge Depot

It is such a shame that I am giving this depot service one star, given that my existing kitchen came from the same depot some years ago and its lasted years, hence my wanting to use them again. Simona from the Weybridge Depot visited me weeks ago to measure up. Ive heard nothing but false promises since. Ive chased up several times by phone and email, all to no avail. My trades people have now taken on other jobs as Ive been unable to book them as was waiting on the estimate for the goods. I appreciate my project is small compared to most, but was assured that I was a valued customer, just like any other. Well sadly it appears not. I really was expecting better UPDATE: I have now sent a email to the address as advised in their response here.

Excellent experience with Howdens from start to finish. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful with the kitchen design, offering great advice and practical solutions. The quality of the units is excellent and everything was delivered on time. Any small issues were dealt with quickly and professionally. Great value for money and a smooth, stress-free process. Highly recommended.

Great kitchen, great team.

We have had a wonderful experience with Howdens from start to finish. Everyone in the Weybridge branch has been very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful. The quality of the kitchen also feels very high. A special mention must go to Nicole who has been amazing. She has a wealth of knowledge about kitchen layout and the Howdens portfolio of products that has meant we have an optimised kitchen design we are thrilled with. Throughout the design process, we had multiple curveballs as a result of the building work and Nicole helps us navigate those seamlessly every time. She is a true asset to the Howdens brand.

Weybridge howdens are brilliant especially Rob can't fault them great advice extremely helpful and knowledgeable this is my preferred branch other branches are much closer but the customer service is 2nd to non at weybridge
