am so thankful I choose to buy my kitchen from Howdens. They are truly a fantastic company. My experience of this company from first meeting Laila the kitchen designer to full delivery was superb. Nothing was any trouble. Customer service was exceptional. They even came out prior to delivery of my kitchen to re-measure to make sure everything was OK. Price was great and the whole experience was a pleasure. Even the young men who delivered the kitchen from Lightowlers where just lovely. Thank you so much.

Top class customer service

Changed all the doors through our full house around 8 in total, all the staff at the Willerby depot were very polite and helpful, Jack and Connor in particular seem to work well as a team and sorted us out a very reasonable price would highly recommend

Friendly, Helpful and Thorough Kitchen Service

The service I received from Howdens and in particular Connor was really good. Very efficient and thorough in making my kitchen project a reality. And very helpful in liaising with the kitchen fitter so that everything was in the right place at the right time. Thank you very much!

I recently transferred to Willerby…

Fairly new to the Willerby Branch and I have found that Jack and his team provide a constant high level of customer service. Their product knowledge is excellent and nothing is ever too much trouble for them. I have recently had two kitchens off this Depot and the quality underpins the service provided.

Vary Satisfied with service received

Having just placed our order for a new kitchen we could not be happier with the service received from Howdens, particularly Layla who was able to interpret our requirements and produce a design that could not be achieved at other companies due to Howdens flexibility. We are now looking forward to installation.

We’ve placed countless orders with Howdens Willerby now, and every single one has been 100% accurate and on time. Compared to other branches, the service here is second to none. Jack, the branch manager, runs a brilliant team — always helpful, professional, and easy to work with. Conner, the assistant manager, is spot on with product knowledge and keeps everything running smoothly. Nathan in sales has been a massive help, always quick to respond and get things sorted without any hassle. Saskia is a great new addition to the sales team — friendly, efficient, and already making a big impact. Layla in bedroom designs is fantastic — her ideas and layouts are always on point and really help bring projects to life. And Danny in the warehouse is always on the ball, making collections fast and stress-free. Genuinely one of the best Howdens branches we’ve ever worked with — can’t recommend them highly enough.
