We used Howdens for our first home

We used Howdens for our first home, which was a huge decision for us, and we wanted to be confident we were making the right choices. Adam from the Winchester branch was absolutely amazing from start to finish and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. His knowledge is second to none, and he thought of every little detail we wouldn’t have considered ourselves. He really made us feel comfortable and supported throughout. A big thank you to Adam and the whole team — we will definitely be using Howdens again for future projects.

Recently visited the Winchester branch to look at a new kitchen, the staff were all extremely knowledgeable and happy to help. Really friendly bunch, reasonable pricing would absolutely recommend to others!

What an amazing place

What an amazing place! From the first minute we were made to feel at home. The staff were attentive, polite and welcoming. We were offered coffees, shown samples and given quotes. Ben the manager served us and he couldn’t have been better. The show room and office space we went in to were impressive and super clean. This is how retail should be done. Well done Howdens Winchester.

The team at Howdens

The team at Howdens, from design to suggestions on the small, but important, details, gave knowledgeable and helpful advice. Making changes during the process was easily accommodated and decisions were never rushed. Staff have good relationships with the tradesmen they work with. The selection and quality of fixtures and fittings is very good. I am very happy with my new kitchen and the service I received.

ALL the staff have an in depth…

ALL the staff have an in depth knowledge of product are friendly, professional and polite. Ben and his team are an absolute delight to trade with. Communication and collaboration on projects is so important and I have that in absolute spades with Winchester branch.
