Great Service

The whole process of designing my kitchen was a collaborative process. Jacob was really helpful and listened to my requirements. He came up with an excellent design at a good price. Having lived with my kitchen for a few months now it works really well for me. The whole team at Howdens at Wisbech have been great during the refurbishment of the rest of my home too.

Why i don’t buy Howdens kitchen anymore

This year i have purchased over 100 kitchens. Because the howdens web site no longer allows kitchen units/doors etc. to added to a basket you have to wait for a member of staff to price and get back to you. Our other suppliers let us build a basket and then apply extra discount if appropriate. Hence this year we have not purchased a single kitchen from howdens. In the age of technology having to call into a branch , really? Also it transpires that our other kitchen suppliers also sell other stuff oak door etc and cheaper so perhaps the change in website has been a good thing. Our local branch ( wisbech ) is fine its a company not a branch thing.
