The kitchen planners need to pay better…

The kitchen planners need to pay better attention to there design, so many mistakes, part not fitting etc , I had to go back to store 7 times to change units etc which has cost me at least 1 day in time which I won't get paid for , not happy.

The after care service

The after care service. Often things need sorting after delivery, and Howdens have been great. Also, everything we wanted was available and delivered as agreed. A reliable service all round to date (We haven't yet completed the second stage of our purchases - fitting the kitchen) so hope that goes well too.
