Inept company that’s been in decline…

A shambles

A shambles. My account was totally accepted whilst buying what I needed from Howdens. Then I returned things I didn’t ending up needed and all of a sudden. My account was closed. It was about £10. Pathetic. All I wanted to do was change 45mn latches for either 65/70mm. Lucky the staff In store are nice people, or would never go there again.
