great experience with Howdens

We had a great experience with Howdens in Worcester, particularly thanks to Tom. He went out of his way to accommodate our very indecisive needs, arranging multiple appointments and never making us feel rushed or pressured. His patience and helpful advice made the whole process much easier. We’re really happy with the kitchen, and the ordering process was smooth and efficient from start to finish. Excellent service all round – highly recommended.

Great value and service

We purchased our kitchen with the help of Jim who was excellent at designing and meeting our needs. Nothing was too much trouble and service and attention was very good. Great value for money. We fitted the kitchen ourselves and everything delivered was spot on. Would recommend Howdens.

Superb service from start to finish

Superb service from start to finish. Our designer Jim was excellent all through the process. He is very knowledgeable, listens to your needs and is very flexible to make changes and with very good communication. He is a nice, friendly chap too! Howdens don't do the install but Jim put us in touch with a contractor who he felt would meet our expectations. He was also excellent (Richard at RH Carpentry) who worked to a very high standard and for a change these days came on the days/times he promised. We are very pleased with the quality of the units and the end result. Highly Recommended.

Ryan worked with us in achieaving what we wanted and listened to us and did not try and sell us items we didnt want we ended up with a great kitchen and used howdens for our skirting and lvt flooring as well We would highly recomend Ryan and the staff at Howdens worcester and will continue to use them for further projects Guy pritchard

Our Howdens kitchen

Our Howdens designer, Zach, was very helpful and patient throughout the design process. He was knowledgeable and gave excellent design advice. The kitchen was delivered carefully and delivery dates could be easily amended when necessary. We love the quality and look of our new ivory Chelford kitchen and Oake & Gray rustic oak effect LVT flooring. We would highly recommend Howdens Worcester.

The quality of design service by Jim…

The quality of design service by Jim was very high and gave us everything we needed first time. Nothing was too much trouble for him a d his ideas made a difference with what we did with the space. Quality of the furniture is exceptional and arrived on time with no damage. I had a couple of end pannels left over and Howdens took them back and gave a full refund with no quables at all. What a great team, and a pleasure to work with.

Howdens as one stop shop with superb customer support

I love Howdens products and there are so many ranges that suit many interiors ! The Hockley textures range has really rounded off the offering, making howdens a one stop shop ! The support is incredible and the staff are very knowledgeable and supportive. I deal with Ryan Grainger from the Worcester Trade Park store and find him extremely supportive on all maters Howdens kitchens, whether it is costing, information, advise on design approach or providing the necessary information from drawings to renders to assist clients understanding and eventual sign off for kitchen designs! Excellent service

We have used Jim at Howdens Worcester branch before for our kitchen in 2023, so we knew we were in safe hands to use them again to design our boot room, upgrade our utility room and Jim even designed an office for us . It all looks fabulous
