Great design and communication

Jim was excellent and listening to our needs and coming up with a design to meet them. He liaised effectively with our builders and everything was delivered on time as per their schedule. We would highly recommend Jim and Howdens.

I have asked for a quote from Howdens…

I have asked for a quote from Howdens Worcester for a kitchen. I had to chase Luke twice and he seemed to have a problem as he didnt get the last kitchen he quoted me. I escalated still didnt get the quote! Howdens loss but a manager should be told

New kitchen from Howdens Worcester

I recently had a kitchen designed and fitted by Howdens in Worcester (Sheriff Street branch). From the outset through to completion I received excellent service. My designer was Jim Walton and he was extremely professional, helpful, creative and very patient with me! I was also very fortunate to have an excellent fitting team recommended and organised through Howdens. The finished kitchen is beautiful and all that I wanted, and more. I would highly recommend the Worcester (Sheriff Street) Howdens branch, and Jim Walton, to anyone considering having a new kitchen.

Great experience…

From start to finish the process of designing, choosing and receiving my new kitchen was pretty straight forward. Nothing was too much trouble and my designer was extremely helpful in getting exactly what I wanted in the design. I'm extremely pleased with the quality and look of the kitchen now that it has been fitted. Customer service was excellent, above and beyond.

New Kitchen Installed

We were initially unsure about using Howdens as your website stated that it was for ‘Trade only’. However on speaking to the girls on Reception we were immediately put at ease.They could not have been more welcoming. Tom helped us design the kitchen and showed us all the options open to us. It was great seeing an image of what it would look like when finished. Again he was so friendly and knowledgeable. We have just had our Howdens Kitchen installed and would like to express how delighted we are with it and the service we received from Howdens. It was fitted by Richard Houghton who was brilliant. He was punctual and friendly and kept us informed of exactly what he was doing each time. He also went above and beyond and even boxed the copper pipes in from a newly fitted radiator. Rich sorted out the other tradesmen including a plumber, plasterers, painter and electrician, Chris Goode who was also excellent. I would strongly recommend anyone to use Rich to install their kitchen. You know they’ll be in good hands. Our experience of Howdens and all the people involved was exemplary and we would highly recommend them.
