I have just spoken to Laura on the Howdens Worthing service desk. She was absolutely amazing, very engaging and immediately arranged a replacement for my faulty Lamona Fridge Freezer. We agreed a date for delivery and for someone to come and install it. Laura is a credit to Howdens customer service, she made my rubbish day all the better for her cheery response.

We bought a kitchen though our builder…

We bought a kitchen though our builder at Howdens, everyone was most helpful throughout the process, two years later a had a plastic door slider fail, one phone call to Leanne and the part was available for me to collect the following day, no charge. The coffee is great at this branch too! Great service, many thanks.

I purchased a quantity of doors and ironmongery and had to make several changes to the ironmongery etc due to customer requests, these changes were handled by the staff very efficiently and with no problems at all My thanks to them for there excellent service. Steve.
