Nearly three weeks ago I booked your kitchen designer to come and measure up for a new kitchen in my new build house he came took all appropriate measurements told me he would have a quotation for me straight after the bank holiday still no quote on the 28 th sept have purchased a new kitchen elsewhere now from now on you will not be considered for any materials

The kitchen was booked for delivery at…

The kitchen was booked for delivery at 8:30 and didn’t show up by 9am so after a phone call I was told it was ready to go but driver was out delivering something else. I’d like to think when I’ve given 4 weeks notice it could be delivered when planned, or at least be told it was going to be over a hour late. I then had to leave the house unlocked for delivery and go to another job I was expected it at 9:30am When the kitchen fitter arrived there was no housing for the oven also we were missing a set of legs. There was no out of hours contact I could find and store was closed the Easter weekend so we had to go to B&Q and buy the missing parts to complete the kitchen.
