Good response to customer query/ complaint

I recently had a negative experience with Howdens. I posted a review on Trust pilot and Howdens acknowledged it. I’m glad to say I was given a refund for the difference between the item I originally purchased and the one I actually should have had in the first place. A big thank you to Mani and Lewis for their help in resolving the issue. I learnt a really good lesson from this situation and that is to go back to Howdens themselves if you have an issue with a product. Even if your builder is project managing your build.
