We had a very good experience with the Howdens -Reading South branch. Their customer service was consistently good from start to finish, always friendly, helpful, and happy to answer any questions. We mainly dealt with Mel and Ben, who were both knowledgeable, available, patient, and committed to getting everything right. When we first started looking for a kitchen, we didn’t know much about Howdens or the quality of their products. Looking back, we’re very glad they encouraged us to go with them, as the quality of our Frome kitchen is excellent and we’re delighted with the final result. Every time we visited the showroom, we were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. I & N.

Chloe in the Howdens Portslade showroom designed a wonderful kitchen for us. She knew exactly what needed to be done to make the most of the small space that we have, and did everything that she could to adjust the design to fall within our tight budget. It feels like we have moved into a new flat. The kitchen space has been totally transformed and the quality of everything is excellent. On top of all that - she was very pleasant to deal with and nothing was too much trouble for her. Very calm and confident at all times. She also recommended the installer who did a great job too. We are very grateful and would recommend Howdens to anyone who is looking for a kitchen that is practical, looks great and is built to last.

Great place and always top quality. My business aways use howdens or look at howdens first. Tools, a selection of timbers and skirting and electronics . Around good selection wish they had more for certain things

Although advertised as being available in store from a flier I received, when I called, neither items were in stock!! However, much searching and apologies later, the staff arranged for a next day delivery, which was great.
