Bonjour à tous. C'est la 2 ème fois que je m'équipe chez Howdens Ingre (45). La qualité de l'armoire pharmacienne est tellement exceptionnelle que suite à un déménagement je m'équipe à nouveau chez eux. Donc mon mari et moi avons acheté une cuisine complète, meubles hauts et bas, hotte, plans de travail... jusqu'aux casier à couvert et à la poubelle de cuisine. Mon mari a fait ses propres plans (concepteur de métier, mais dans un tout autre domaine). Un commercial est venu sur place et a écouté très attentivement notre demande. Il a tenu compte de l'ensemble des points clés de notre projet qu'il a retransmis fidèlement à son bureau d'étude. A 3 reprises, nous avons apporté quelques ajustements, qui à chaque fois ont été pris en compte, entraînant l'envoi du plan modifié, et cela sous seulement quelques jours à chaque fois, et toujours avec un souci d'exactitude et beaucoup de compréhension et de gentillesse. Vint le jour où nous sommes venus chercher la cuisine. Véhicule trop petit. Qu'à cela ne tienne, on nous propose une livraison sous 48 h à 350 km de Howdens, délai respecté ! Des livreurs très soigneux et très agréables. Impressionnant !!! De la prise de rendez-vous à la livraison : ponctualité, amabilité, soin. Tout y est et surtout de très bon tarifs pour une si belle qualité. Mon mari et moi-même vous recommandons à tous cette entreprise très sérieuse et facile à joindre à tous moments. Nous remercions toute l'équipe pour leur gentillesse, les petits cafés, et leur formidables prestations.
