Fantastic aftersales care!
Great quality kitchens and great designers. Additionally Becky at Paddock Wood branch has helped me with some aftersales care and she was absolutely fantastic! She was so attentive and professional and has arranged for a replacement part to be sent out under warranty! Customer service at its finest. I can't thank her enough! I'd recommend Howdens not only for their great kitchens but also based on my interactions with Becky, for aftersales care also!

Good experience..
A positive experience provided by the Howdens team in Hereford, all the staff were very helpful, especially Hattie and Gareth. Hattie, who helped design our kitchen was professional, and very patient throughout the process, ensuring our kitchen including the worktop was all in on time for Xmas. Delivery of the kitchen was on time and very efficient, the guys were very careful and respectful at all times whilst unloading the mountain of boxes. Gareth was very helpful when we needed some cabinets and a door replaced, which was very quick and without any disruption during the kitchen install, and that’s the game-changer, items can be replaced quickly in Hereford branch due to the warehouse in Situ. The lads that fitted the lime delight quartz were also great, professional and done an excellent job. Great kitchen, fitted to an high standard, I would highly recommend Howdens.
