The staff made the journey worth it

The staff made the journey worth it. Never been in this howdens before and was impressed with the layout. Their honesty and i can tell you so many things didnt go smoothly but it absolutely did not matter. These guys were great. However if i was head of howdens id make sure you hired drivers mates for deliveries to store and train your warehouse staff how to pack a lorry and handle goods properly.

We received a fantastic service from Sarah and her colleagues at Howden’s Cinderford. I rang for advice on how to replace our integrated under counter fridge. Sarah was immensely helpful, seeking advice from her colleagues on the most appropriate replacement for us, which would not affect the integrity and look of our lovely Howden’s kitchen and not lead to unnecessary costs. Sarah went above and beyond in her communications, by sending helpful information to us in advance of our purchase. We therefore bought the ideal fridge for our solution which was perfectly fitted with ease. All staff we encountered were very helpful for example at the loading bay the gentleman helped my husband to lift it into our car. A great service received. Thanks to Sarah and her colleagues. I would highly recommend Howden’s in Cinderford . 🙏

This Howdens hasn't been open that long…

This Howdens hasn't been open that long but what an amazing team they have working there. Very polite , friendly and very helpful. They did everything they could to help me out on a job ive just finished. 100% top team. Thanks guys and Howdens you should be very proud you have a great team working your new store.

Howdens Cinderford

The Cinderford Branch had just opened and they went out of their way to help us get our kitchen sorted 6 days before Christmas. The staff are professional, knowledgeable and lovely, highly recommend a trip Howdens Cinderford.
