This is our third Howdens kitchen

This is our third Howdens kitchen. We have been pleased with the quality in the past. We moved to Shetland from London. We were glad to hear that Howdens recently started operating here. Matthew has been absolutely fantastic, he has been SO helpful to our joiner and really has gone above and beyond, even dropping off an extra cabinet we needed same day, on a bank holiday. We would recommend Howdens to anyone in Shetland. Not only for the decent quality at a fair price but you also get a great personal service.

Nul point

Nul point. Working with a great fitter, I had the Howdens designer round. He asked nothing about how I used the kitchen or what, if any, changes could be made. The only price list came with the cad cam design. When fitter was ready to start I actually was told I could see some of the products in a showroom. Who knew? The updated choices finally came in at 3 times the original quote. And yes, I still have my old kitchen. This is not the best way to serve customers, or your trusted fitters. No one wins.

We have just had a kitchen installed…

We have just had a kitchen installed which was designed and supplied by Paulina at the Ann Street branch in Aberdeen and are absolutely delighted with the results. Paulina was so helpful and knowledgeable throughout, I would recommend her to anyone.
