One of my tap cartridges needed…

One of my tap cartridges needed replacing and Molly from Howdens in Alfreton was very helpful and sourced replacements for me. She was very friendly and efficient and kept me up to date via email. When I went to collect my cartridges, it was nice to see friendly smilie faces, which isn’t always the case! Thank you.

Above and beyond service

I recently had a problem with my tap that I got from Howdens when I had a new kitchen a few years ago. Tim from the Alfreton branch went above and beyond to help me rectify this even though was out of warranty and really impressed me. Thank you I now have a fully working tap again 😁

Howdens in Alferton (Tom) was very very helpful I went to Howdens in Bulwell and they didn't help me, I was looking foe flooring, they only had a small selection in the nulwell store but didn't talk to me about looking on there website or going through there books. Where as Alferton Howdens Tom to be exact was great showed me different flooring told me what was more hard wearing then other floors price wise can't complain brilliant experience.

I called and spoke with Ricky who provided a quotation via email within minutes of finishing our conversation, when I called to collect the order from the alfreton branch I saw Tom who was friendly and very helpful. Well done and thanks again for the great service 👍

Highly recommended

Howdens have been an exemplary company to deal with from day one. They did everything they could to accommodate us looking round their showroom with a first time wheelchair user causing havoc. They offered us advice and even refreshments and we’d definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone. We also used Howdens designer, Lisa, to design our kitchen. She was very knowledgeable, approachable and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and were happy with the end result.

Great customer service

I needed a part for a kitchen i had done 3 years ago , nothing was too much trouble , the instructions were also printed off for me to simplify fitting the replacement part. Great customer service all round from sorting out my issue to making sure all was ok.
