Excellent service at the counter couldn’t be more helpful down side experience at the pick up point totally uninterested grunted and made me feel a nuisance for buying 6 internal doors left them by the van for me to put in without any help definitely needs some customer service training.

Measuring up was inaccurate

Measuring up was inaccurate. Design was good. Most of the parts were delivered but some parts missing and some parts that weren’t needed were delivered. Getting that sorted was inefficient with multiple attempts. Very happy with the finished results.

Staff were superb

Staff were superb Full kitchen delivered the following day, carcasses already made up and solid ,saved an awful lot of time. This is our third kitchen from Howdens as we ren r properties out. Can't fault r he service. Charlotte and Dan were ace.

From the second we entered llangefni…

From the second we entered llangefni branch until the present, the staff have been amazing with us, especially Jess who has been incredible, taking our brief basic thoughts and transferring them into reality. We’ve not taken delivery of the kitchen yet so hopefully that end of the business is as amazing as what we’ve experienced so far.
