Treated like i was stuck to the bottom of the shoe

I bought a new kitchen from your company last year and this was through your Dumfries outlet, Mel over at the company was brilliant, so later this year i though i would use you guys again but used the Annan outlet, and what a shock i got, i paid for the goods almost in full just owing a few hundfred on collection. This kitchen is for a new summer room we have built, and we are not quite ready for delivery, but was told if i dont get collection, the order will be canceled and the money sent back. I was shocked, spoke with the sales man and the kitchen top had only been in for 2 weeks as it was a end of line top.Spent with your company around 14 k in total and to be treated like this was just a shock. I called over in the car to collect the units he said that they will delivery in a few days so i can sort out my garage for storage, crazy, i wont be using this outlet again after this experiance thats for sure,

Friendly and super efficient

The team at Annan made kitchen selection much less stressful than I feared - I was putting in kitchen from scratch, the first time I had so I was nervous about price, quality, etc. From the get-go, felt at ease and unhashed - from drawing plans up to getting a joiner, delivery, and all the extras in between, it was a really pleasant experience and they were nothing but helpful throughout. I very much recommend them in the area.

At my local Howdens store the staff are…

At my local Howdens store the staff are friendly and very helpful, when I was in the store to purchase an item the staff member dealing with me pointed me out to deals on and I ended up leaving happy and with more product for less money. Delighted.

Fast and friendly service

Quality goods for a decent price, I've always found howdens to be a good company, Annan branch is no exception, the staff are friendly and helpful and not as pricey as you'd think for standard joinery supplies. Top stuff

Dream kitchen from Howdens Annan.

We have recently had our kitchen designed by Louise at Howdens in Annan. We are over the moon with our finished product! The process from start to finish was flawless, Louise was very patient with us when wanting to make amendments to get our dream kitchen! The quality of the kitchen is also perfect! Would 100% using the team at Annan store, you won't be disappointed! Thankyou all so much!
