AWFUL AFTER SALES

AWFUL AFTER SALES We recently spent almost £14k on a kitchen from antrim depot. Staff can't be more helpful until you part with your cash. After you part with your money you appear to have very little hope of getting anything sorted. Our joiner was back and forth to Howdens over missing parts repeatedly over the 2 weeks he was fitting the kitchen. In the end he ended up making a door himself from off cuts rather than bothering going again. The extractor fan is the noisiest fan I have ever heard in my life. You can barely have a conversation. The hob doesn't work. I'm he splashback exploded as soon as it was removed from box and the sink supplied was such thin material it bent with the slightest touch. We had to source a new sink online. These issues have been raised with antrim depot who told me someone would call me back. They didn't. Then I called again I was told they would replace the hob and refund sink. Only to be called the next day and told an engineer would need to check hob. Still waiting on that happening meanwhile I have a hob that seems to have a life of its own, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. How am I to prove this to engineer unless he wants to move in and cook my dinner every night. Oven and microwave are high spec, why the designer specced such a low spec of hob is beyond me. I would never use Howdens or their Lamona products ever again.
