Absolutely fantastic service and quality product

From the time Kiera the Kitchen designer came to the house and drew up the plans for my new kitchen to the actual supply of the kitchen absolutely nothing was too much bother, changes made after initial design and order was facilitated quickly and no issues at all encountered.

Abysmal after sales service

Bog-standard kitchen supplier. Will promise and guarantee you anything to make a sale, but after sales service is chronically poor. Defects and faults with units and materials will be completely ignored. Defects with units were reported as soon as noticed, but every unbelievable excuse was rolled out from all customer service levels, to try and not justify rectifying the problems highlighted. Would not recommend Howdens to anyone because of their horrendous after sales service. *Update* Issues with the defective parts were highlighted to local branch, customer services dept, Head Office, etc. etc. All were met with no interest, and unbelievable reasons as to why the defects would have occurred. Not once did Howdens want to take any form of responsibility for the products they sold. Abysmal after sales service!
