I phoned prior to going, asked if they had the part I was looking for, they said they had one in stock, I asked them to put it to one side and they obliged, I picked it up about half an hour later, brilliant service.

Amazing kitchen, utilty&flooring

I recently had my kitchen , utility and flooring from the Arnold branch I cannot recommend everyone enough especially Carly from start to finish everyone is so helpful and went over and above always happy and friendly .Carly came out to my house to plan the kitchen and went through the design in detail and nothing was never too much trouble The products all so are amazing my kitchen looks stunning and the herringbone floor was recommended from my fitter and that is amazing. To be honest the Arnold branch are the best company I have dealt with . I would definitely recommend.

Delightful no stress experience

A no pressure, flexible, reliable, trustworthy, no quibble return service. All the staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating. Cheryl Measures was our design consultant at Howdens Arnold Store and we just pointed her at the kitchen space and she came up with a solution that worked very well. There were several iterations and visits needed to tweak things and Cheryl steered us gently offering advice until we were entirely satisfied. The real acid test of any review is, will we be using them again ... and the answer is a solid YES!
