We used Howdens in Arnold Nottingham to help us with our kitchen renovation and we were blown away with the service and quality. The initial visit at home with Carly was really great she listened to what we wanted and help us decide on getting the kitchen we wanted. Not long after we were invited to the showroom for Carly to show us her design and we could even bring our dog too. To say she nailed it was an understatement and we didn’t need to change a thing. Kitchen ordered with handles, sink, quartz top all chosen to finish it off. Kitchen delivered as promised and they kept the electrical goods till later so not to start the guarantees early. Kitchen is now fitted and finished and wanted to say a massive thank you to all the team at Howdens in Arnold for a fantastic experience in supplying the kitchen we wanted. Smooth process with full support throughout and would highly recommend the team if you need a kitchen. We have also got new flooring for the kitchen and living room. Great service great price thank you so much

Service and products were good

Service and products were good. However, I was told one price at Arold and another at Riverside; the Riverside being the greater and the one eventually paid. Not catastrophic but not great either. Disappointing!!!

I phoned prior to going

I phoned prior to going, asked if they had the part I was looking for, they said they had one in stock, I asked them to put it to one side and they obliged, I picked it up about half an hour later, brilliant service.

Amazing kitchen, utilty&flooring

I recently had my kitchen , utility and flooring from the Arnold branch I cannot recommend everyone enough especially Carly from start to finish everyone is so helpful and went over and above always happy and friendly .Carly came out to my house to plan the kitchen and went through the design in detail and nothing was never too much trouble The products all so are amazing my kitchen looks stunning and the herringbone floor was recommended from my fitter and that is amazing. To be honest the Arnold branch are the best company I have dealt with . I would definitely recommend.
