He showed real understanding of what we want, offered interesting ideas, and was patient with our indecision - willingly altering the design and offering us alternatives to reach the perfect solution. Seriously disappointed!!!!!!

we bought a double electric oven on 20/11/24 LAM4675 & as soon as it was switched on to do the pre-use warm up it was very apparent that the oven wasnt working correctly!!!!! it was extremely noisy mainly coming from the fan area.We let it heat up for about 30mins on the highest temperature & still the noise continued!! Consequently we have arranged for an engineer to come out to assess. Not used the oven & really regretting this purchase!!!
