Lisa Howdens and our new design

We were introduced to Howdens and Lisa by our builder James and have been so impressed with the courtesy consideration and quality of the service provided. The planning process and visual CAD facility allowed us to visualise the end result adapt the layout as needed and finalise the design. Lisa was so helpful patient and helpful we are so happy with the final result and the final price was so fair and reasonable for what we had envisioned. I would recommend Howdens and Lisa to anyone great products great price and so friendly.

Good customer service ad care

Whenever I visit Howdens in brunswick Industrial Estate, the girls behind the counter are always friendly and put you first. They treat everybody the same . Good customer service.

Great service and great team work

After being let down by a previous Non Howdens Company Lisa took up the gauntlet and had a kitchen designed for us within hours and it was delivered within a few weeks. Any issues we had were dealt with swiftly and promptly by great team work within the company, nothing was too much trouble. A big THANK YOU to all concerned especially LISA and BEN who always go that extra mile to make sure their customers are happy. Great job guys!!!! Kitchen looks amazing thanks to you..........

Rang and asked for a quote for door frames, the rude sales person refused to give me a price!! Would have opened a trade account as working on a large restoration project but will stick with my current supplier OBM. Awful unprofessional service

I’ve been using ashford for nearly 3…

I’ve been using ashford for nearly 3 years now as a carpenter and the service has slowly declined. You can hardly ever get anyone to answer the phone and when you do they hardly ever come back to you. I’ve sent over a quote for a kitchen and never had anyone come back to me. Poor service a round

Great customer experience

Had a difficult project, although small, required a lot of support from the Ashford branch of Howdens. Despite the complicated nature of the multiple requests the team at Ashford were brilliant and were able to effectivley and efficiently deal with the problem all with a smile on their faces. I wish every store in the country had the same positive customer experience as these guys in Ashford. Top marks guys.
