Plug snapped off

I purchased a sink worktop and appliances back in September which was fitted October. The plug in the sink has snapped off. I called on Tuesday and was asked to send an email with pictures which I did called again today and as a gesture of goodwill I can have a new plug but I’m unable to remove the old plug part, the manager told me not to kick off. I was very polite. I wasn’t kicking off. I just couldn’t remove the old plug part as I have arthritis in both wrists . He then said he just wanted this resolved as do I as I cannot use the sink . He was very patronising . He then said call the fitter . When I was buying loving people but have a problem good luck !!!!!!!!
