The staff at Aston were brilliant from the design to the supply of our new kitchen.I had lots of questions over a few weeks and all were answered quickly ,they were so helpful.Once the kitchen was ordered it was quickly delivered and the support and help continued.Its so assuring to deal with such professionalism as I feel this is lacking in a lot of companies.I would definitely recommend these guys and especially Dani,Kas and Teo.

I have recently had my kitchen supplied by Howdens in Aston. I am so grateful to my kitchen designer..... Kas..... I felt at total ease & in no doubt that the end product would be wonderful. Kas came as promised at the time appointed to take all the measurements, also giving some much appreciated ideas ensuring that I would have a very well designed kitchen... throughout the whole process I was kept updated, the items were delivered at the time specified. The fitters did a sterling job. During this fitting phase there were a couple of minor issues that needed attention. Once I contacted Kas the issues were quickly sorted out ..... nothing was too much trouble, he was always so very pleasant and was genuinely interested in ensuring that i would be happy with the finished product and with hand on heart I am truly delighted with my new kitchen.... the quality of the materials are very high standard, also extremely well made. So because of my experience with Kas who has always been enthusiastic, approachable & so polite, I will most certainly be recommending Howdens to anyone who would like to have a great quality kitchen. So a BIG THANK YOU 😊 to KAS for your brilliant input, for your professionalism and high quality/standard detail to your work. ...... my only regret is that I’ve taken so long to write this review........ 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I would also like to say that all the staff I dealt with at Howdens ( Aston) was always polite and very pleasant. All issues was sorted out honestly and they always kept me updated…. So a special mention to Michelle also…. Who stepped in when Kas was not available. Also their prices are unprecedented when compared to other kitchen suppliers whom I got quotes from ….. I got SO MUCH MORE for my pounds from Howdens. So once again BIG UP … Howdens (Aston) branch 👍🏼🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Shocking..

Shocking.. Purchased and fitted a kitchen from them a few small items was short from order went back to get them the sales person had the cheek to charge me for them. Ontop of that she tried to sell me items I don't need as my account balance was clear and had no pending payments. Shocking that they value there sales figures more than the customers they try to squeeze every penny out of you. Buyer beware.

There availability on some items is…

There availability on some items is only downfall, as a trademan / property investor another issue is there opening times… at 6.30pm when you find that an end panel is missing or a sink is left hand drainer instead of right hand drainer! Your at a standstill until next day or if satday, then have to wait till Monday 🤦‍♂️
