Shocking..

Shocking.. Purchased and fitted a kitchen from them a few small items was short from order went back to get them the sales person had the cheek to charge me for them. Ontop of that she tried to sell me items I don't need as my account balance was clear and had no pending payments. Shocking that they value there sales figures more than the customers they try to squeeze every penny out of you. Buyer beware.

There availability on some items is only downfall, as a trademan / property investor another issue is there opening times… at 6.30pm when you find that an end panel is missing or a sink is left hand drainer instead of right hand drainer! Your at a standstill until next day or if satday, then have to wait till Monday 🤦‍♂️

Aston birmingham branch. Overpriced products Trade only but bnq and wickes are cheaper and anybody can buy from them. Poor service and products are not of same quality as they used to be.
