Lady in store today was very helpful

Lady in store today was very helpful, I had purchased the wrong skirting and needed to swap it for the correct one, She booked out the one I wanted and refunded the other very efficiently. Then didn't want it on my account s she raised a payment so I could pay! Very good.

Good things

Always helpful answering questions and coming up with solutions to questions. Kitchen designs always great and if anything ever needs adjusting they do so in speedy time. Clare is always accommodating to what I need and ask, always very helpful and reliable

I had a Howdens kitchen fitted before Christmas. Really pleased with the final outcome. The quality of the kitchen is excellent. I dealt with their designer, Sophie and she was professional and efficient at all times. Very approachable if I needed advice.
