I found the Balham team to be incredibly accommodating. My kitchen designer, Bogi, made the entire process effortless and ensured we maximised our space despite the restrictions. I will definitely be using this branch again as we expand our portfolio

Just had my first experience of Howdens @ the Balham branch. What can I say about the team, other than lovely and extremely helpful. Dan and Dani in the shop was extremely helpful and looked after me exceptionally well. Dani had a smile on her face the whole time and Dan was very knowledgeable. I’m so glad I decided to go to the showroom and I look forward to moving ahead with my kitchen in the very near future.

Beautiful quality Howdens kitchen

Kelly designed a beautiful kitchen (Elmbridge porcelain shaker-style) for us, and made the process smooth and trouble-free. The proportions and quality of the cupboards and quartz worktop surface is impressive.

I felt that when they came to measure…

I felt that when they came to measure up they didn’t do the job properly had wrong size doors turn up and and too many end panels sink that didn’t fit in the unit apart from that product was good

Absolutely shocking! Racism profile

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING experience! Once you open an account they ask for proof ( passport or drivers lisence) they didn't accept my passport as it wasn't british! ' i can't take this, i need a british passport ' i then show him my resident card as i don't have a driver's lisence he didn't accept it either! and then saying i need to make sure you pay taxes , what are you HMRC ? How disrespectful and ridiculous is this .. I'm an architect in the industry for 10 years and have never faced anything like this. Plain racism .

Balham Howdens are 11/10

Balham Howdens were absolutely fantastic helping me with all my kitchen needs! Especially fantastic service from Chris and Dan who were so helpful/speedy and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and go back again
