Was not told of the delivery charge of…

Was not told of the delivery charge of £40 when I ordered the door and door lining and some architrave, so I complained and said wasn’t told and what they could do about it and straightaway. Carl said no problem and he refunded me my delivery charge very good service. Would definitely recommend an ordering some more doors for future project. Thanks

Poor quality pre-built cabinets.

The only reason I have given 3 stars is because of the pre built kitchen cabinets that are a little poor in build quality. Some are ok but others are inconsistent. Doors are well made and finished and the door hinges are good quality etc. Otherwise the staff have been extremely helpful with all enquiries and any help needed.

We just love our kitchen...

We went to Howdens in Barnet for a kitchen to be fitted in our recently finished rear extension and we are delighted with the result. We chose the Elmbridge in navy with oak worktops and it looks stunning. The whole planning and design work was managed very well by Duncan and nothing was too much trouble. Any snags were dealt with quickly and without fuss. I have no hesitation in recomending both the quality of the kitchen and the service we received.
