Our first account order.

The pre order home visit and design meet at the depot went well. When we placed the order we were surprised at the higher price and did not receive a satisfactory explanation. It became apparent when the goods were delivered that part of the order had been duplicated by them. This explained the price discrepancy and was quickly rectified.

Customer service is above 10.

Fitting of Howdens kitchen during July/August Customer service is above 10. Manager Mark - nothing is too much trouble, goes above and beyond. All staff friendly, polite and helpful. Definitely recommend

Great Depot

Staff are so accommodating and really friendly. Kitchen design service is exceptional, plenty of choice and lots of options in terms of design ideas. Nothing is too much trouble. Easy to get to, with plenty of on site parking.

Canopy Extractor Fan

Great service at the Barton branch, picked an extractor out the show room within 5 mins I am on my way to the job loaded up with a new fan.

Fantastic staff nothing is ever to much…

Fantastic staff nothing is ever to much trouble helped with my kitchen door replaced it straight away. Also my extraction fan was not working correctly and got some straight out to fix the issue.
