Fantastic Manager Steve Day

Overall the experience with Howdens was positive. However, if I was doing the review purely on the kitchen designer, I would mark it one star as caused a huge problem with his lack of responses to emails. But then Steve Day came along and made it more than a five star review. He understood what the problem was and did everything within his power to get us the kitchen we had hoped for. He was always polite, nothing was too much trouble and came back on a few occasions. I have no hesitation in recommending Howdens based on how Steve runs his store. A true professional and gentleman.
