Where do I begin...

Where do I begin... Countless issues/mistakes. Items missing on every delivery and no responsibility taken by Howdens Basingstoke. All the blame shifter to my builder who fitted the kitchen. To this day, Howdens will not call me or email me with a reason for the amount of mistakes made. They won't even offer any compensation when I had to order a universal part online to fix an issue. They say they are Trade-Only, I paid them directly for the Kitchen and I do not work in the trade... Be warned "they are designers, not fitters" any issues that arise will be down the to whoever choses to fit their products.

Doesn't take responsibility!

Do not take responsibility for their wrong doing and shifted all the blame to our builder. Multiple issues with delivery and the overall kitchen design - all of which are Howden's responsibility! Will not be recommending!
