Terrible experience

How can you design a kitchen and not include the oven?? Despite replying to their email with several questions, no reply. It took our builder to chase the Battersea branch up fir someone to eventually reply to us. There reply was an estimate, why do we need two microwaves, we were never asked or asked for them! None of our questions answered. We have cancelled our appointment and will find another company.

The order was placed with the correct…

The order was placed with the correct price. I delayed pick-up for a couple of weeks or so. When looking at the advice slip, I have found something strange. The invoice/advice slip was not corresponding to the order. The staff at he branch was friendly and nice and corrected the mistake matching delivery and order! Great!

Useless at customer service

I left a previous review and was kindly asked by Howdens to send an email to reviews at howdens.com. I tried and that is not a valid email address. That just shows how dedicated they are to customer service. When I called Howdens to tell them they just said that is the address . NO HELP WHAT SO EVER! why when they received a bad review didn't the immediately call me ? Much quicker and a personal touch to show they really do care .

HORRIFIED TERRIBLE SERVICE

Sadly there is not the option for a no star review. I am a designer with a trade account , I have used Howdens a few times in projects before. There have been issues in almost all the purchases I have made but they did manage to sort them out. This time was terrible, I went there and designed a kitchen and they helped with all the alterations that were needed to please my client. I decided not to work with my client and informed Howdens Battersea about this. The client got in touch and paid for my kitchen using their builders account, this is not really a problem but the fact that they did not inform me that this was happening is unacceptable. To add insult to injury, I exchanged some doors that were the wrong size, they were the same doors only smaller, then I received a £265.00 bill as the price is now different. I questioned this and got nowhere. Well they got £256 and a kitchen but they'll never get anything more from me. HORRIFIED TERRIBLE SERVICE
