I have had an appalling experience with Howdens Boucher Road Belfast. The initial service was excellent, however once kitchen was fitted I was aware there was a problem with the doors. They looked like the colour was coming off the wood. Quality Control advice I brush my kitchen cupboards with a brush - ridiculous. When I ring to to and resolve the problem the guy is always busy. I would advice not to buy from Howdens. When Howdens came out to see the kitchen he could see there was a problem. I explained if I had bought a cheap kitchen from B&Q I'd expect problems but not from Howdens to my horror I was told THE CUPBOARDS ARE ALL MADE IN THE SAME FACTORY!!!!!!! Plus my Lamona freezer has broken, only installed and I have to wait 9 days for an engineer, and told they can't cover the cost of 3 drawers worth of food!!!!!!

Lawrence's Attention to detail was the key to the success of my project.

I was referred to Howdens by my Builder who was doing a kitchen refurbishment project for me. I was referred to Lawrence who quickly designed a kitchen based on the measurements I provided. Having produced the design he then when the extra mile and visited my home on his way home to confirm that his design matched the measurement. The Kitchen was order and everything fitted to perfection. Thanks a million Lawrence.

Staff always available for you whither your in store or over the phone. All very knowledgeable and will always endeavour to get you the best prices. Stock always available or will have it for you within few days. Excellent service all round!

Great service all round at Howdens Boucher Rd

All the staff, in Howdens Boucher Rd, were very helpful and friendly. The kitchen designer, Jonathan, took great care to ensure that he designed the exact kitchen I required, making useful suggestions along with sensible advice. He was meticulous in checking the measurements and the positions of the units. Jonathan also communicated very well with the gentleman fitting the kitchen - enabling the work to run smoothly. I am extremely pleased with the entire process.
