Boucher Road Belfast Howdens

After visiting a few kitchen companies I left disheartened as they didn’t listen to my ideas or what I wanted. A year later I visited Howdens and could not get over the difference. My ideas were listened to , looked at and my dream kitchen turned out better than I Imagined especially as the space I have is not easy to blend . Stevie is an asset to Howdens and could not be happier to order my kitchen. There was also no pressure to order .

Good luck is all I can say....

Good luck is all I can say -- with reference specifically to the Boucher Road branch. Our kitchen arrived a day and a half late (imagine the mood of our reliable fitter). Along with this was no transparency or clear communication about when it would arrive. Eventually they seemed to stop answering our phone calls. ('Oh, yours is the only kitchen on the truck -- it will be with you first thing in the morning!' When it arrived that next afternoon (not ''first thing') we asked the driver, 'Was ours the only kitchen on the truck?' Of course not.) I could go on and on.... So -- as I say, Best of luck! We couldn't recommend them.

The products were perfect

The products were perfect. The collection wasn’t very smooth regardless of phoning ahead the man collecting the items was kept waiting over 30 minutes as staff could not use the computer system to locate the order or process it which lead to some frustration all around! But items were great when located! This was howdens Lurgan!
