From start to finish the team at Howdens Berwyn have been nothing but professional, accommodating and super helpful! Nothing was too much trouble and Nick and the team there always welcomed us every time we visited the showroom, and gave us plenty of time and advice to make our choices for our new kitchen. We absolutely love the finished result and would highly recommend Howdens Berwyn.

From the very start we had fantastic service from Howdens, both Nick and Mark were incredibly professional, they provided us with some really good ideas on kitchen design on our initial survey visit and really understood the vision we were looking for with the kitchen, the virtual design at the next meeting was incredible, it gave us a real vision of what it would look like, each element in detail was looked at and the advice and guidance was very helpful. The quality of the kitchen now it has been fitted is exceptional, and the price was very competitive and good value for money. Thank you Nick and Mark for all your help.

What a team.

The team at Howdens on the industrial estate are fabulous. Kieran served me and couldn’t do enough. Nick managed to have a quick chat too which was lovely because I could see he was busy. But that’s what the team are like there. If You want a lesson in running a business well this is a great example.

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff.

Nick was our designer, he was friendly, helpful and gave us lots of ideas with what to do with our space. When we went into the store to see our designs, all of the staff were very welcoming and we were offered drinks and biscuits. We weren’t rushed and didn’t feel pressured at all. The staff were knowledgeable and we were given the chance to look at the different finishes etc. Delivery was quick and Mark dealt with any queries we had efficiently and kept in contact regularly. The couple of doors that arrived damaged were replaced straight away too. Overall we are really pleased with our fitted wardrobes and we will use Howdens again in the future.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen from Howdens. The quality is outstanding, and it has completely transformed our home. From start to finish, the whole process was smooth, and everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to Mark Evans at Howdens Berwyn for his exceptional service. Mark was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Nothing was too much trouble, and his advice and attention to detail made choosing and planning our kitchen so easy. Especially when we had trouble with an electrical appliance, he kept himself informed throughout the process liaising on our behalf. We couldn’t be happier with the end result and would highly recommend Howdens Berwyn to anyone looking for a high-quality kitchen and excellent customer service. Absolutely amazing service from Howdens Berwyn Branch!

We are absolutely made up with our kitchen and couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Howdens Berwyn branch from start to finish. They came out to our house to measure up with no pressure and no obligation, which immediately made us feel comfortable. We then went into the showroom and discussed exactly what we wanted and needed. They planned out the whole design for us and made any changes we asked for with no fuss at all. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Every member of staff was incredibly helpful, whether face-to-face or over the phone. The whole team are amazing, friendly, professional, and really go above and beyond for their customers. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I would 100% recommend Howdens Berwyn branch to anyone. Thank you for helping create our beautiful kitchen!

Our ‘go to’ man was Awesome

Mark Evans was our ‘go to’ man from the start. He set us up with a home visit from Nick who measured and listened to my needs and wants for a new kitchen. We then met Nick at the Berwyn branch to see what he had designed. Once again he listened to what I wanted and altered anything accordingly. The delivery went smoothly and Mark went above and beyond to deliver and collect items we needed. Howdens even recommended a local carpenter to fit the new kitchen. Very happy with the results

Fantastic customer service
