Appreciation

Easy obtaining account, delightfully helpful Ladies in the reception, nothing too much trouble and fun to engage in conversation. Any wrinkles in the system sympathetically sorted out, example wrong delivery sorted next day.

Howdens Billingshurst branch are…

Howdens Billingshurst branch are hopeless they send out voucher books to all trade account holders and then don’t pay for postage and you have to pay £5 to the post office to get the book of vouchers and time out of your day to get the mail and when you ask Howdens Billingshurst for your money back they say they can’t give it back to you but will take £5 off when you order from them so if you don’t order you’ve lost out so beware

Poor service

Ordered a door online and informed I would be contacted within 24 hours about the order. Three days later I went to the store and they had to order it for next day delivery. No apology for the delay.

Five star value and service all the way...

Always a five star service from the staff at Howdens Billingshurst. It is taking me longer than usual to fit my kitchen due to various obstacles, however, thankfully, all the staff at Billingshurst have been a God send from the outset. Thank you so much for your ongoing support and assistance!
