A poor experience from start to finish

It was our second kitchen renovation, but the first time we’ve used Howdens. Never again. Poor service and communication and many changes as we went along - the sales person didn’t seem to understand the range at all. The builders had never experienced anything like this from Howdens, but they managed it as well as they could. Finally ended with an incorrect summary of invoices/credits and weeks of asking to get agreement and get the money we were owed back. We didn’t even ask for a discount! They need better design and planning, a better system for tracking returns and some retraining on customer service.

Really helpful staff
