Went to blackburn branch to load up for…

Went to blackburn branch to load up for day before. They had no standard 6'6 x 2'6 in stock . Where is stock check !. Then went to bury branch day after didn't have handles or roller catches. Said I could pick rest up from Radcliffe My time is money abd service was piss poor . Bury worst cos staff poor , one on phone , while I'm waiting for 5 min and not getting anyone else to help . Used to ve better. Gone down hill . Except for Haslingden branch who always have stock in .

Through a joiner I was introduced to Howdens on King Street in Blackburn and I would (& do) recommend their services and products to anyone looking for a new kitchen. They are excellent on choice, quality and continual customer care. Ten out of ten in my experience.
