After renewing my account with howdens at whitebirk, blackburn. I have had to write this review, as Stuart provided me with the best customer service I have received in many years. Polite, respectful, knowledgeable, and informative. I couldn't of wished for a better experience. Thank you Stuart. Continue the excellent work. Your time was very much appreciated.

5 stars all the way from the team at Howdens Whitebirk Blackburn

From the minute we walked through the door at Howdens Whitebirk Blackburn we felt comfortable that we had chosen the right place for our kitchen. We started with Craig who came out quickly to measure up and design the layout. We visited the day after to chose the fittings etc. Craig was very patient and helpful as was Ryan who stepped in for Craig in his absence with our changes to the original plan. On our request they sent 2 men without question to deliver the kitchen as my partner had just come out of hospital and could not lift anything. Also thanks to Kyle who helped us change a couple of items which suited the kitchen better. Throughout the whole process we were dealt with in a very professional and friendly, kind manner. A true 5star service. Thank you Craig, Ryan and Kyle. Paul & Diane.

Easiest way to get your kitchen

I bought my kitchen from the whitebirk store, its job I'd been putting off for a long time as everywhere I went previously made it seam so complicated however the team were great and happy to solve any issues I had. I ordered the kitchen on Saturday after an informal chat with their design guy and it was delivered Tuesday all units fully assembled and box containing everything I need. On returning to their store they were still happy to advise and answer any questions I had. In a way the service they offer reminds me of visiting a local hardware store where all the staff know a lot about everything they stock and are happy to see you.
