Perfect easy experience , no hard sell just helpful

Very easy to arrange home visit to measure and assess our needs to design kitchen. A couple of days later design meeting , they definitely listened and designed perfect kitchen. Friendly , helpful informative couldn’t fault

HOWDENS applicances

Please be aware if your but the appliances from them, they do, not Fix them even though they state they are under a 3 year warranty. I have been waiting 4 months now for them to repair tumble dryer. After 8 visits it is completely dismantled and no cupboard on. There is no customer service and told by Howdens they are not able to help and just given the numbers for the engineers. So upsetting when you save and treat yourself to a new kitchen.** please do not fall into this trap with them** Do not buy appliances. I have since changed this rating, thanks to the lovely Manager at Blackpool Howdens. Who has gone above and beyond to resolve my issues, and must say a big thank you to her for restoring my faith in customer service.

Great design experience - Howden Blackpool (Mark)

Looking to buy and install a kitchen and have just been at the Blackpool branch on Mowbray Drive. The session with Mark Pike was excellent with the benefit of his knowledge and experience from designing many similar installations which was offered in a very positive manner. Great design resulted and would recommend Howdens (Mark) for anyone looking for a great kitchen experience.
