8/10 first order

I went to the shop, place my order. The gentleman showed me a diagram so I could play about with how I want it to look on TV which was great. Add to a Gosha price not too keen on that to be truthful. I prefer the lowest price to start off with, and not to have to negotiate. Order arrived. Told by delivery driver, one of the doors with damaged and I would get one the next day. The next day went so I called them again and was told the next day then the next day went and I was told the next day, and then I got very frustrated, so I rang back the lovely lady that dropped me off the same day now I’ve got my full kitchen.

Team friendly and helpful

Team friendly and helpful, but don't like the guessing game on prices. they seems to be a different price for different walks of life. Which I'm sure we all don't like. with rising costs of living. doing our job is becoming more challenging and competitive. Which I manage. by working for my customers. and in the favour. I feel if they was more transparency and consistent pricing structure (price tags) I would spend more in store. I could list a fair few products. that I can buy else where for nearly half the price.

I find the staff have little social…

I find the staff have little social skills and unhelpful. Perhaps if they were trained by companies like screwfix or Costco they would understand customers needs and connect with them.

It's not going to go smooth

I have been a builder for many years and tried several times to use Howdens but, unfortunately there are too many problems to discuss here that are inherent throughout all the branches I have used. Which is sad to say.

We have recently moved our office and this was our first visit to Howdens Blackpool. What a pleasure, we wanted advice on kitchens, nothing was too much trouble, Kevin was extremely helpful giving us advice on the various types kitchens available. Once we had chosen the kitchen Lee produced an amazing 3D layout, his attention to detail was second to none. Thanks for a great kitchen buying experience.
