Jenny Page Blairgowrie - first class customer service

We recently got in touch with Howdens in Blairgowrie to get a kitchen design quote. Jenny Page visited us at home and we discussed what we were looking for and she provided us with her experience and several design options and took time to answer any questions we had and provide alternative suggestions to help us decide on several features. She measured up during this visit and sent us a quote with draft plan and 3D images within days. She then invited us in earlier this week to talk through the plan again in detail and she again gave her experience and product knowledge and showed us all the products we asked to see, to help us refine the plan. We also approached Wren to get a comparison quote. Wren provided a lower quote, however Jenny’s expertise, honest and professional approach and ability to deliver a kitchen design, plan an products which surpassed our expectations, left us feeling that we were able to get a kitchen beyond what we had hoped for. We cannot thank Jenny enough for her hard work and flexibility in making this such an easy and enjoyable experience. We are absolutely delighted with the kitchen we have bought and Jenny was a big reason we went with Howdens.

Excellent staff in the blairgowrie branch

The staff in the blairgowrie branch are excellent, always friendly full of advice and knowledgeable about the products they stock. Have always tried their hardest to help whenever I've been in even when it's been to request discounted lines. Wish more howdens branches had staff like Blair.

quick/easy/painless

been in recently for worktops etc and a full kitchen sorted fast/easy and the staff were highly efficient so was not left wondering about anything perfect.

Sales team excellent, kitchen delivery on time, everything ordered was there and all in great condition, a small flaw in one worktop that looked like a manufacturing issue was quickly resolved and waiting on new worktop arriving. Very happy with everything that howdens have done so far and would definitely recommend them!
