Luxery click vinyl floor - Terrible!

We purchased Luxery vinyl floor laminate from howdens bodmin, and followed all instructions prior and during installation, eg leaving in environment to allow temperature to adjust to flooring. However the floor is terrible and we asked for a refund or credit note towards a new floor and they said it was all down to fitting and took no responsibility. It is clear the product and howdens are at fault. This has left us with a new quote for £1500 to get everything replaced. Customer service was poor along with the product. I would not recommend buying flooring.
