No contact 3 attempts made!

Have to say I am really disappointed..I have only heard good things about Howden kitchens and thought it would be a good idea to get my kitchen through them. Went to the store over a week ago and asked to speak to a kitchen designer but unfortunately they were busy so my details were taken down and I was told someone would call me to discuss further. This never transpired. Still keen to get a kitchen from Howdens I decided to give them the benefit of doubt as mistakes happen and requested a call back through the website and told someone would call me back....again never transpired. Still keen I decide to call the store and told them the above and told someone would call the next day....never happened. I'm now taking this as my sign that maybe its not meant to be! Really disappointed in their customer service especially after only hearing good things

Exception Service from Alex and the team at Howdens. My builder, Darren Thomas, executed the plans beautifully. The quartz team from Sheridan fabrications were perfection, from mapping by Karl Reynolds, to fitting by a sub contractor (whose name I did not get, apologies!) and his colleague Ewan.

Howdens in Bolton, excellent service and products

Howdens in Bolton were exceptionally good at every step of the way. They visit your site and explain everything in full. Their pre-assembled units require very little modification, even with wonky walls. I've used them in three different regions, their service hasnt wavered.
