Was about to purchase a couple of…

Was about to purchase a couple of kitchens and other items. Set up a trade account. All good then no correspondence from Howdens and trade account deleted. Not one message from Brackmills or any follow up from our proposed projects. Gone to a couple of competitors now so not bothered about any response.

Great kitchen design service

Great customer service and kitchen design help. Cameron helped mock up my new kitchen in various different styles and layouts, with different configurations and cabinets, with mockups provided to help visualise it. It was brilliant being able to tweak things and choose the relevant cabinets, worktops and sink options through the configurator, even with me changing layouts multiple times. Cameron always helped out with suggestions and updated the mock-ups as I changed my mind various times. Top class service

Love the holdenby oak doors we ve had…

Love the holdenby oak doors we ve had from the brackley branch, very helpful when I needed to swap some. Also all the base units end panels worktops etc we ve had from the Banbury’s branch are great.

Epic customer service

Howdens Brackley have been epic in helping us design and supply our new kitchen. Cameron Dearden, in particular, has been a legend. He listened to what we wanted providing excellent suggestions and then designing a kitchen that works great in our home. He was always on hand when we had questions during the delivery and installation phases - a real asset to the company. If you are looking for a kitchen then give Cameron a call!

We have just had our new kitchen from Howdens Brackley installed. Wow! What a difference it has made. There seems to be more space, and it’s so light and seamless it’s a joy to look at. First time of ever having a new kitchen, and it’s been brilliant.

Jansen the designer at Howdens Brackley was very helpful throughout my kitchen project. She took time to understand my idea and enhance it. The team at Brackley communicated efficiently with me and were flexible when I needed my kitchen at shorter notice than anticipated. Overall, great service.

Shocking service and poor…

Shocking service and poor communication. They delivered the wrong kitchen, then took 7 days to get it swapped out delaying the project by over a week. We fit several Howdens kitchens a year - very disappointed, will not use Brackley branch again.
