Absolutely horrendous experience with…

Absolutely horrendous experience with this branch in particular. Not only did they manage to send wrong hob, extractor fan, back splash, wrong kitchen units, door sizes that were supposedly measured yet did not fit standard size door frames, etc the list is endless. And this was all in the name of providing a discount before January sales ended. The salesperson sold us a number of wrong items from the catalogue when we selected a completely different item all so she can rush the order through before the end of the month, most likely to secure a bonus. The delivery was epic. They sent one person to unload the stock for a fully fitted kitchen plus 14 doors yet that person was not able to deliver the item to the garage. Yet he needed assistance to unload the stock. It’s been a complete joke from start to finish. Still they’re adding additional charges to the trade account.

Kitchen design

Huge thanks to Hailey for helping us design and arrange our beautiful new kitchen! We absolutely love it!
