Kitchen design

Huge thanks to Hailey for helping us design and arrange our beautiful new kitchen! We absolutely love it! Whistling gas hob not fixed. Poor quality and poor CS

Update. 2 months after saying my complaint would be passed cs I followed this up as I have heard nothing. The representative just said I can contact cs. Very poor. UPDATE APPARENTLY A WHISTLING HOB IS NORMAL AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING ABOUT THIS. SHAME ON YOU. Our gas engineer fitted a gas hob from Howdens for us. The largest of the 4 burners whistles when turned down. The sound goes right through you after a while. I contacted our engineer who took some time to come out and have a look and eventually asked me to contact Howdens Brackmills. A man came out to have a look at it and reported back to their engineer that it whistled and wasn’t a problem with the top on the burner. Then their gas engineer came out, heard the whistling but said that it was normal! Very strange. If that is so then it is a very poorly designed hob. I asked Howdens for a refund as the noise is not acceptable. They have refused. I would never trust any of their products again. Thank you for your response. I have just emailed you.
