The customer ordered a kitchen early…

The customer ordered a kitchen early and stored away in their garage , months later after we had completed extension and building works , kitchen to be fitted .Some parts weren’t there but getting in contact with our local Howdens team managed everything we needed great service ...kitchen not bad either 👊

I'm not a kitchen fitter

I'm not a kitchen fitter, just a general tradesman. So a guy in the office was good enough to tell me what some of the designations on the drawing were, which were hardly visible as it was such a bad quality computer generated one which was emailed to me (no copy in the office that they could get to). On the job I had to ask the customer who had better eyesight than me to read out the dimensions so I could write them in so they were legible. I used to be a draughtsman on the boards, and the ones we created were almost works of art. These are horrible soulless, messy and a bit useless, without even end and side elevations provided.

Great customer service.
