Very disappointed with quality of our kitchen.

I have given my review 2 stars mainly for the planning and sales service we received before our kitchen was installed in September 2022 because soon after installation our problems began……. Firstly we had an issue with the worktop and it had to be replaced a couple of months later. Then, after less than a year the tap was leaking and a part had to be replaced to sort this problem. The uprights on all but one of the cupboards are split where they meet the flooring, they were looked at by a representative of the company and I was told that it is due to contact with water. Is that due to washing the floor? I can’t understand how this has happened otherwise. The Belfast style sink was scratched within months and looks a mess, we have recently had to replace both plugs as they didn’t prevent water draining from the sink. The button to operate the light on the extractor fan is faulty now, so just waiting for that to pack up. The final straw in the past couple of weeks is the worktop now has 2 chips on the edge. I can’t tell you how disappointed we are. Our total bill for our tiny kitchen ( 6 x 9 ) was just over £5000, the worktop,of which there isn’t much, cost in excess of £1000. Our kitchen is used, but not abused but 3 years after installation looks shabby. I have resorted to posting this review as sadly, in my experience, the after sales service doesn’t match with the sales service. We feel that we have not received good value for money and now have to consider replacing our kitchen after 3 years, and this is quite frankly, upsetting. (Purchase was made from Bramall Lane depot, but couldn’t find this in the dropdown box).

Called up explaining what I needed- They gave me serval options and told me to pop into store the same afternoon. Jacob also recommended that I need some different/ newer hardware to fit the cabinets - which they also sold. All in all great product, price and top service from Jacob through out

I’m absolutely delighted with my new kitchen. The quality of work is excellent, everything looks beautiful and the space is so much more practical than before. The whole experience was smooth from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. Nice one lads!
