Good quality kitchen

Professional efficient company who provided a very good quality kitchen which I am so pleased with. Both daughters have Howden kitchens and they still look as good as new. They also gave an immediate refund for a couple of returned unused items. They have a wide range of kitchens and equipment and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

The patience and time given by their kitchen planner/designer Nico was excellent My choice of a pale pink island unit was encouraged and Steve (manager) helped me locate a spraying company to achieve my dream. A total of 25 units (pink and pale grey) were all delivered on time and off loaded into my garage where the fitters, SouthCreek Projects checked all packages and started fitting the same day. All was completed in 10 working days, including white goods, sink and Extractor Fan and finally Quartz tops- they cleaned the kitchen each day, so no traumas. Barbara Aspland (viewing available).

Quality, with a Smile!

The Brentwood, Essex branch was recommended by our fitter, Clyde, and they were superb throughout. Nikki, who visited & measured up, was brilliant, & Reception staff at their showroom were always helpful, with great expertise. A great experience all round.

HOWDENS-NOT UPHOLDING THEIR OBLIGATIONS

I bought a Lamona washing machine from Howdens which was repaired twice within one week & it flooded the new kitchen area. The engineer told me that I wasn’t to plug it in as he needed to do a report a 10 days ago. Howdens are not responding to my emails so I am now in a situation where we have a washing machine that is unusable & Howdens are ignoring my email request for a replacement washing machine which is under warranty. Soon the laundry costs will amount to more than the cost of a replacement machine. Howdens. Stand up & be counted for your obligations instead of running away. The problem will not go away. Mick Stevenson( customer with Howdens from the 1st day they started trading) LOYALTY MEANS NOTHING TO THEM.
