I bought a short kitchen run last year…

I bought a short kitchen run last year September 2025...am an elderly woman with a tiny kitchen. It's good quality and attractive in deep rich blue with granite counter and extra wide tucked under sink. The drawers were not working as they ought. Long story short and after much upset HOWDENS agreed they would replace the carcass only to find that it HAD INDEED BEEN A FITTING ERROR which is what they'd argued all along. Seeing the reality I was mortified. It was upsetting to me. Very upsetting. Heated discussions betwixt had brought about the replacement...HOWDENS HAD AFTER MUCH ADO agreed to the fixing and it was done. HOWDENS were fair absolutely...if not peed off I'm certain since the reality wasn't seen until the carcass was taken out. HOWDENS though we're true to their word. There was no charge for the labour or replacement carcass. A loss to them. They came through and settled things for an old lady. I am grateful and have drawers that work as they ought. HOWDENS, BRIDLINGTON. Thank you. FOR ALEXANDRA 😃

We had a new kitchen designed and fitted with Howden Bridlington,from start to finish a really good experience no problem too big or too small every “t” crossed every “I” dotted from design to fitting, can not fault the service we received from everyone involved

The service was second to none.

Hi, as i started fitting the new kitchen I realised a 4 draw unit was missing and a wall unit was the wrong size, so I rang Bridlington store and they went out of there way to supply and replace the units from other stores by the end of the day,excellent job.
