Computer said yes (eventually)

Had a slightly sticky start opening an account, the computer saying no for some reason - was taking a couple of days to come through, started to become a bit concerned as it was getting close to when I wanted the flooring delivered. I must say Rayan went above the call of duty to sort out the accounts people and get my order delivered as agreed, he operated in a friendly and professional manner.

My experience at Howdens BRIXTON last…

My experience at Howdens BRIXTON last week. The counter sales went above and beyond to supply me a large list of items. Not all we’re accessible at this point, but within 2 hours I had everything I had asked for. Ryan the manager was such a pleasure to be around. He located the items instantly and organised it to all be in stock that day. Rudi on the counter was a delight also. Thank you very much Howdens brixton, I will certainly be using your devices again *****

I’m a sole trader( carpenter) that …

I’m a sole trader( carpenter) that had been a customer at the Brixton branch for over six years. I never had an issue there until recently. They now have a new manager( Ryan Lawrence) and a few new staff members. One particular new member that works in the stock department was very rude and the manager is no different. The manager is very arrogant and full of himself. I will neither go back to that shop or recommend any of my customers to use their services. You have been warned!!
