Replacement doors not available as promised

Initial purchase and delivery and general quality of product was very good. However we now need to replace a couple of doors for our kitchen 2 years after purchasing. The colour we had has now been discontinued and we can't get replacements. After enquiring with our local branch, we have been promised a call back to see if we can get replacements, but after nearly 2 weeks and 3 phone calls to the branch i still have no idea if they are available. I am just told they are waiting to hear back? The staff at the branch are friendly and helpful but I feel they are lacking support from Howdens head office. I can't imagine how I am expected to replace an entire kitchen just 2 years after purchasing because 2 doors need replacing. How is the warranty supposed to be upheld if the parts are not available? We were told when we bought the kitchen that replacement doors are always available on a same day basis, this clearly was not explained to us correctly. I understand kitchens have to be updated from time to time but I would expect replacement doors for recently purchased discontinued lines to be made upon request. I wasn't going to leave a negative review, but you contacted me asking me to leave feedback. I hope somebody at howdens reads this review and can help us.
